Meet the Team
We are a small team of change management and leadership development specialists that have come together with the shared interest to make positive change possible and to help all living species flourish. Together, our collective 40 years of experience includes coaching and advising leaders at all levels of organizations in both large-scale change initiatives and smaller scale transitions – in corporate, government, education, healthcare, and not-for-profit sectors.
Our Core Values
The symbol of the hummingbird in some Indigenous cultures of the Pacific Coast is a messenger of joy. They represent wonder, love, and the perseverance of positivity. These little birds are also respected as defenders of their territory and for their playfulness. We aspire to live into our core values and model our practices after the attributes of the hummingbird.
We observe the world with curiosity and use this wonder to push the boundaries of our thinking. We question what we hold dear and track what is working so that we can fan it out into the world.
